Ron Fullan will succeed Ernie Gaschler as the Executive Director of the Insurance Councils of  Saskatchewan, effective Jan. 1, 2010.  Ernie Gaschler has also been the director of the Insurance Brokers’ Association of Saskatchewan (IBAS), and will contimue in that position. Ron has been Chair of the Life Council and Associate Manager with Sunlife in Regina.
