Canadian Auto Insurance Rate Regulators (CARR) Association.  CARR has held 2 annual meetings to date.  The executive of CARR includes Harry Gough, Chair and currently Vice-Chair, Alberta Auto Insurance Rate Board; Vice Chair, Paul D’Astous, currently Chairman and CEO, New Brunswick Insurance Board; and six other representatives from across Canada. The mission of CARR is to provide a forum where members can share best practices, ident ify key issues and learn through educational opportunities so that they are better informed and able to fulfill their jurisdictional mandates.
