On July 20,
Saskatchewan
released a
draft of
regulations
and bylaws
to implement
a restricted
license
regime for
incidental
insurance (ISI)
products.
The
regulations
attempt to
harmonize
with the
regulatory
regime
already in
place in
Alberta.
The Councils
intend to
implement
the new
Bylaws in
the first
quarter of
2010. The

of
Insurance;
and

Bylaws
of the
Life and
