Ontario -An Act Respecting Apologies -Bill 108

Ontario has introduced legislation to make it clear that an apology, admission of wrongdoing, expression of sympathy or regret by a party may not be construed to be legal admission of guilt (except for criminal proceedings under the Provincial Offences Act) and cannot nullify insurance coverage.
