Draft Guidelines on Covert
Surveillance
The OPCC has published draft
guidelines on their website
and is undertaking
consultations with
stakeholders about covert
surveillance. Amongst other
issues, the Privacy
Commissioner is concerned
about the privacy of third
parties who are videotaped.
Final comments were due to
the OPCC by November 21. A
